What payment methods does UND GRETEL offer?

We offer the following payment methods:

  • PAYPAL

  • KLARNA (invoice + instant bank transfer)

  • CREDIT CARDS: VISA/MASTERCARD/MAESTRO/AMERICAN EXPRESS

  • APPLE PAY

  • GOOGLE PAY

  • SHOP PAY

  • iDEAL

  • EPS-BANK TRANSFER

  • BANCONTACT

Please note that not all payment options may be available in your country and therefore the options may vary. Your payment options are always shown at the end of your order process.

PAYPAL

There, you can log into your PayPal account and confirm the transaction. Within a few minutes, your payment will be booked in our system and the order released for further processing. When paying with PayPal, the invoice amount will be charged immediately after receipt of the order.

KLARNA (invoice)

To be paid directly to Klarna within 14 days from the date of the invoice. The invoice will be issued upon shipment of the goods and sent by e-mail. You can find the international invoice conditions here.

KLARNA (instant bank transfer)

With Klarna instant bank transfer, you complete your order easily with your online banking details. Immediately afterwards, you will receive a transaction confirmation and your order can be processed straight away. The international Klarna conditions can be found here.

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD

When paying by credit card, the invoice amount will be charged immediately after receipt of the order. This will occur immediately, even if we do not currently have the goods in stock and will only be able to ship them in a few days’ time.

APPLE PAY

With an accelerated checkout process via Apple Pay, you do not need to manually enter credit card information or a delivery address. Just tap the Apple Pay button and scan your fingerprint. Apple Pay provides the relevant information to the payment provider. The credit card information is stored in your Apple Wallet. The invoice amount will be charged immediately after receipt of the order.

GOOGLE PAY

With an accelerated checkout process via Google Pay, you do not need to manually enter credit card information or a delivery address. Simply tap the Google Pay button and Google Pay will provide the relevant information to the payment provider. The invoice amount will be charged immediately after receipt of the order.

SHOP PAY

With an accelerated checkout process via Shop Pay, your email address, credit card, shipping and billing data are stored, so you can complete your next transactions more quickly in the Shopify checkout. In order to be able to save this information, it is necessary to enter your e-mail address at the checkout. The invoice amount will be charged immediately after receipt of order.

iDEAL

iDEAL is a standard payment method for our Dutch customers.

With Ideal, you will be redirected directly to the payment page of your bank, where you can process your payment. To use this payment method, you must have an account with one of the participating banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers.

eps Transfer

After you click on “Review order”, you will be redirected to a central bank drop-down menu at eps Transfer to complete your purchase securely. After you have selected the appropriate bank, you have to enter a TAN or signature and the amount due will be transferred immediately from your account. To use this payment method, you must have an account with one of the participating banks: Bank Austria, BAWAG P.S.K., Erste Bank-Sparkassen, Hypobanken, Raiffeisenbanken, Spänglerbank and Volksbanken.

Bancontact

After you click on “Review order”, you will be redirected to Bancontact to complete your purchase securely. This payment method allows our Belgian customers to pay for our products in real time. For this, you only need a bank card with a PIN, which is automatically included with each Belgian bank account.
