Cancelling

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days after receipt of the goods without giving a reason.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and within fourteen days at the latest from the day you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of this fourteen-day period. The shipping costs of returns have to be borne by yourself.

The product must be unused and enclosed in its original packaging (this only applies in the event of withdrawal within the deadline), and the original shipping packaging or an equally damage-proof packaging should additionally be used to prevent the original packaging of the product from being damaged. All parts belonging to the product must be included.
