Fast, transparent shipping is, of course, a priority for us. For our deliveries, we use the services of DHL GOGREEN and its logistics partners in the respective country of destination.

Please note that delivery to a DHL/ Deutsche Post post office is not possible. Parcel shipments are insured against loss or damage during transport.

Below you will find our standard shipping costs. Shipping times are calculated from the day of shipment and not from the date the order is placed. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 p.m. or on weekends will be shipped the following working day.

For deliveries to countries within the European Union (EU), invoicing includes 19% VAT. For deliveries to other EU countries, we expect it to take approx. 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, e.g. Switzerland or the UK, the invoice is net (less VAT). The correct net amount is stated in the ordering process and in the order confirmation. Specific taxes and import duties for delivery to a non-EU member country must be declared and paid by the purchaser of the goods to the responsible authorities of the importing country. For deliveries to non-EU countries, your order takes approx. 5-10 working days.
