When you place an order with UND GRETEL, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order with every payment method (PayPal, Amazon Pay, credit card, immediate bank transfer....). In this E-Mail, you will find your order number as well as a summary of your order, billing, and shipping address.

When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a second E-Mail with the tracking number and a link to track the delivery of your products in real-time.
